1:1 Personal Training
This is an intimate coaching experience done in person. I coach you through a workout that is tailored to you, and ensure that appropriate technique and intensity is being applied to achieve progress. You will receive additional programming to complete outside of our coaching session, which is structured in cycles and adjusted weekly as necessary to ensure progress. You have access to me for support and accountability 24/7.

Online Personalized Programming
This is an independent coaching experience done online. I ensure that appropriate technique and intensity is being applied through training videos. I develop a training program that is tailored to you and your specific goals. Your program is structured in cycles and adjusted weekly as necessary to ensure continued progress. You have access to me for support and accountability 24/7.
This a great option for people who can’t attend in-person sessions due location but want a personalized experience and program. Whether you have a specific goal, or looking to maintain general health and fitness this is a great option to ensure continued progress.
